Return Policy
1. Overview
This Return Policy applies to consultation services and physical materials purchased from Naturalmovement. We aim to handle all requests fairly and transparently.
2. Consultation Cancellations
Consultation sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session receive a full refund or credit toward a future session
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session price
- No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refund
3. Multi-Session Packages
For four-session packages, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancellation occurs before the second session. After the second session has been completed, the package is non-refundable for remaining sessions.
4. Physical Materials
Printed materials such as the Modality Reference Guide may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. The timing of credit appearing on your statement depends on your financial institution.
7. Exceptions
Digital content that has been fully delivered is generally not eligible for refund. Custom or personalized materials prepared specifically for an individual consultation are non-returnable.
